The Smoothie Recipe I Swear By

Making a smoothie is one of my favorite things in the summer and they are healthy so you can enjoy them guilt-free! You can find all kinds of recipes out there for smoothies and I’ve tried all different varieties, but the recipe that I’ve stuck with is adaptable, easy, and only requires four simple ingredients.

Recipe

1. Vanilla Yogurt

Most recipes say plain but vanilla adds a bit of flavor and sweetness.

2. Juice

I usually use apple or mixed berry. However, you can try using your favorite juice or different juice flavors each time to figure out what you like.

3. Frozen Fruit

Your choice! I like to make my smoothies with different fruit each time. The mixed bags offer a variety, or you can get individual fruits to make a specific flavor of smoothie.

4. Honey

The best natural sweetener!

You can decide what flavor smoothie you want based on what frozen fruit and juice you buy. I like to try different frozen fruit mixes each time! You can also mix things up by using add-ins. Want a healthier smoothie? Try adding chia seeds. Looking for more protein? Add protein powder to your smoothie.
