I recently realized that self-improvement is one of my passions in life. It had never occurred to me that the essential oils and diffuser that I love so much, my green thumb wanna-be attitude, and the healthy lifestyle I am always trying to achieve, all come down to one thing. Self-improvement.
Such a wide range of interests can fall under self-improvement that people often don’t recognize them for what they really are. This leads me to ask: What does self-improvement mean to you?

Self-improvement is something I encourage everyone to be passionate about. I’m not saying you need to start using essential oils or do a juice cleanse if that isn’t you, but do something. Set a workout goal for yourself to make your body stronger and healthier, start using face masks and hair masks, learn to cook a new meal, the possibilities are endless! Do what makes you happy and never stop trying to be a better version of yourself. After all, that’s how we grow!
